The Team
The leadership team of the studio, Michael and Michelle Perez, take pleasure using their industry and management background to help you, the musician, meet your goals. Michelle’s professional background includes 16 years of management experience in the fields of banking and bookkeeping, thus affording her the opportunity to make your studio room scheduling and account management an efficient process.
Michael brings to the Band Room equipment familiarity and maintenance and repair expertise, providing you with good working equipment, and guidance in their use. Michael’s combined background in the music business spans over twenty years ranging from Jazz musical performance, On-Air radio broadcast productions and talent and professional recording engineering. He is a graduate of The Recording Institute of America and the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. He has worked as a recording engineer at Sonic Arts recording studio in Cheshire CT and as an on-air broadcast technician for 107.9FM Webe 108 Radio and sister station AM 600 WICC in Bridgeport CT.
